SPIDYURL is a URL shortening platform that allows users to shorten links and earn money based on traffic to those links. We provide analytics, earnings tracking, and withdrawal services.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts will be suspended.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • Provide accurate registration information.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension:

  • Click fraud, bot traffic, or automated clicks.
  • Using VPN/proxy to artificially inflate clicks.
  • Spamming links on social media or forums.
  • Creating links to illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Self-clicking your own shortened links.
  • Using iframes or forced clicks to generate views.

5. Earnings & Payments

  • Earnings are based on unique, valid traffic from approved countries.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount applies based on your payment method.
  • We reserve the right to adjust earnings for fraudulent or invalid clicks.
  • Withdrawals are processed within 1-7 business days.
  • SPIDYURL reserves the right to modify CPM rates at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on SPIDYURL are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SPIDYURL is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service, including loss of earnings due to technical issues or policy changes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
